RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your item(s) as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

RETURN POLICY:

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn and in original condition.
We inspect each piece carefully before it leaves our studio, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right – quickly and with care. 
Please email contact@charmingcocco.com to request a refund or exchange. When approved, you will be emailed a Return FedEx label. 

Once we receive your return, allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is completed.
