14k gold pieces are meant to last a lifetime. They can be worn at all times without damage. While it’s very durable, it can get scratched or dented depending on wear. We have enclosed with your purchase a polishing cloth to remove fingerprints etc. However, at any time, these charms can be polished by your local jeweler if needed.

Our signature Cocco charms are crafted in Los Angeles, all charms will be made to order. It typically takes up to 4 weeks to manufacturer your items. Once your charm order is ready, we will ship all items together.

If you'd like your other items shipped before your charm order is ready, please contact us separately via the Contact Form.

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. All items must be unworn and in original condition.
We inspect each piece carefully before it leaves our studio, but if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right – quickly and with care. Please email customercare@charmingcocco.com to request a refund or exchange. When approved, you will be emailed a Return FedEx label. 

Once we receive your return, allow 7-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange is completed.
